4G connectivity is included for a defined period when purchasing an Enua charging station; the period starts from the installation date. When the included 4G connectivity expires, you can choose to extend 4G connectivity for a fee.

WiFi 2.4 GHz is supported as an alternative connection for cloud services and app control.
Autocharge is an add-on that lets the charger automatically recognise which vehicle is connected.

Price changes affecting existing customers are communicated at least 6 months before they take effect. Notification is sent via the Enua app and the email registered on the user account.
