Through the Enua app, you can start a chat with customer service. Here, you have the option to attach images and receive assistance. The chat is available between 08:00–16:00 on weekdays.

If you need immediate assistance, you can also contact us directly by phone at +47 466 36 338 and wait for a response. The phone line has extended hours, but some waiting time may be expected outside normal hours.

Warranty and returns

Enua guarantees that the products are free from defects at the time of sale. Enua will always comply with the requirements according to consumer protection laws and regulations in the country where the product is purchased or where the consumer resides.

The following points must be met before warranty or claim can be considered:

  • Keep the receipt or invoice from the installation as proof of purchase.
  • Ensure that the instructions for use and maintenance described in the manual have been followed.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors.

Return Instructions:

To return a product for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by filling out the return form. Once approved, you’ll receive the RMA by email. Then securely pack the item, label it clearly with the RMA number, and include proof of purchase. Only ship the product after you’ve received confirmation.

Follow the steps below carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

  • Fill out the return form to request an RMA number. We typically confirm receipt the same business day.
  • Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a unique RMA number by email.
  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping. Clearly label the package with the RMA number and include a copy of the purchase receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I add an Enua registration code I've received?

If this is your first Enua product, tap the large + symbol on the main page of the Enua app. Enter your 6-character code.  

If you already have an Enua product in the app and want to add more products, tap the down arrow symbol located at the top of the app. Then press "Register new product", enter your 6-character code.

After logging back into the app, none of my products are visible.

Verify that you have logged in with the same account you used previously.

Try logging out of the app and fully closing it.

Log in again. If your products are still missing, you can contact Support between 08:00-16:00 for assistance.

How can I share access with other people?

In the Enua app, you can go to Settings -> Sharing & Access -> Share Chargers or Share Facilities.

On the website enua.cloud, you can go to the facility you want to share, click "Access" and "+ Add user". If you want to only share access to a single charging station, select the appropriate charging station under Overview, go to Access and press "+ Add user".

I want to transfer my charging station and/or facility to someone else.

Via enua.cloud:
1.        Go to enua.cloud. Select the charging facility you want to transfer.
2.       Tap the Access tab, then tap "+ Add User".
3.       Enter the person´s email address, select Admin under Roles, and press send.
4.       Remove your own access by tapping on the red trashcan icon.

Via the Enua app:
1.        Go to Settings -> My Products -> Delete Ownership.
2.       Select the products you wish to delete from your account.
3.       When you delete all products from one charging facility in your account, you will receive a new registration code. Give this code to the person who will manage the products.  

I have connected a new charging station to a Wallmount I manage, but the charging station lights up yellow and I´m not able to charge.

You must link the charging station to your account.
1.        Leave the charging station connected.
2.       Open the Enua app.
3.       When the app opens, a pop-up will ask if this charger connected to one of your Wallmounts should be linked to your account. Tap Yes.
4.       The charging station will restart, become visible in your app, and be ready to use.

How do I create a charging tag (RFID / NFC tag)

In the Enua app, go to Settings -> Sharing and Access -> My Charging Tags -> Register Tag.

Where do I scan my charging tag?

Hold the charging tag over the Enua logo on the front of the charger.

What types of charging tags work with Enua charging stations?

Most NFC and RFID tags work. You can try adding your preferred tag and test it. If the charger beeps, it works.

To be sure of compatibility, we recommend using Enua’s own charging tags.  

I´m not getting the desired charging power.

This can have several causes. The most common are:
1.        Power is limited to prevent overload on the installation or circuit breakers.
2.       Power has been reduced in the Enua app.
3.       The car cannot accept higher power.
4.       If multiple chargers are on the same circuit, charging power may be reduced when several vehicles charge simultaneously (active load balancing).

How can I connect the charging station to my Wi-Fi network?

On the main page of the Enua app, tap on the Signal icon in the top left corner.

Tap Configure Wi-Fi and follow the on-screen instructions.

The charging station shows as Offline in the app or on enua.cloud, but light is white.

The charger has lost connection to our servers. This may have several causes:
1.        If it is connected via mobile network, verify that there is coverage in the area. In parking garages, signal may be weak, and you may need to connect your charging station to Wi-Fi.
2.       If the charging station is configured for Wi-Fi, verify that this network is working.
3.       If the charger is still offline, try restarting it by turning the power off and on again—for example via the circuit breaker.

I can't unlock the charging station so that I can remove it from the Wallmount

Press the charging station firmly into place, check around the charging station and Wallmount for any obstructions.

Via the Enua app or enua.cloud, go to the specific charging station. Tap unlock. Wait for the charging station to pulse white.

Try disconnecting the charging station by pulling it straight out from the Wallmount.

If it still doesn't work:
1.        Press the charging station firmly into place.
2.       Access the specific charging station via enua.cloud and go to the "Control" page.
3.       Press Lock.
4.       Press Calibrate > wait 20 seconds.
5.       Press Unlock.
6.       Try disconnecting the charging station by pulling it straight out from the Wallmount.

If the problem persists, contact Enua Support between 08:00-16:00 on weekdays.

The charging station lights up solid red

The charging station has detected a problem. You can view the error code on the main page of the Enua app.

Follow these steps to solve the issue:
Unplug the charging cable from both the car and the charging station. Wait 30 seconds or until the lights turn white again.

If the issue remains:
Restart the charger by turning off the power—for example via the circuit breaker. Wait 30 seconds and turn the power back on. If the light is still red, contact Enua Support for assistance.
