You can contact Enua in several ways

Chat with us

Through the Enua app, you can start a chat with customer service. Here, you have the option to attach images and receive assistance. The chat is available between 08:00–16:00 on weekdays.

If you need immediate assistance, you can also contact us directly by phone at +47 466 36 338 and wait for a response. The phone line has extended hours, but some waiting time may be expected outside normal hours.

Warranty and returns

Enua guarantees that the products are free from defects at the time of sale. Enua will always comply with the requirements according to consumer protection laws and regulations in the country where the product is purchased or where the consumer resides.

The following points must be met before warranty or claim can be considered:

  • Keep the receipt or invoice from the installation as proof of purchase.
  • Ensure that the instructions for use and maintenance described in the manual have been followed.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors.

How can I share access with other people?

In the app, tap on Settings, go to 'Sharing and Access,' and select 'Share Wall Mounts' or 'Share Chargers.'

Where can I enter a sharing code I have received?

In the app, tap on Settings, go to 'Sharing and Access,' and tap on 'Enter Sharing Code.'

I pressed unlock on the charger, and the light is pulsing white, but the charger is still stuck.

I can remove my charger from the mount, even though it's showing a solid white light or is charging.

My charger appears offline in the app but shows a white light.

Try turning the charger off and on using the circuit breaker; this will restart it and reconnect it to the internet.

I'm not getting the desired charging power for my car.

This can have several causes:
1: The power is limited to avoid overloading the installation or circuit breakers.
2: The power has been reduced in the app.
3: The car cannot receive higher power.
4: With multiple chargers on the same circuit, you may experience lower power if several vehicles are charging simultaneously (active load balancing).

Where can I find my charging history?

Tap on the electricity prices button on the home screen, then tap on the "Charging History" button in the top right corner.

My charger is showing a solid red light.

The charger has detected a problem; go to the home screen in the Enua app to see the error code.

Follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:
1: Unplug the charging cable from the charger, wait 30 seconds, and see if the light returns to white.
2: If this doesn't help, restart by turning off the power to the product, for example, via the circuit breaker. Wait 30 seconds and turn the power back on.
