Warranty and returns

Enua guarantees that the products are free from defects at the time of sale. Enua will always comply with the requirements according to consumer protection laws and regulations in the country where the product is purchased.

The following points must be met before warranty or claim can be considered:

  • Keep the receipt or invoice from the installation as proof of purchase.
  • Ensure that the instructions for use and maintenance described in the manual have been followed.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors.

Return Instructions:

If you are a consumer experiencing problems with your Enua product, you can contact the company you purchased the products from for further assistance.

If you work for a company that will advertise an Enua product on behalf of a customer, you have 3 options:

  • Contact your wholesaler where you purchased the products for assistance, or;
  • Contact Enua directly for assistance between 08:00-16:00, or;
  • Fill out the return form and wait for a response.
